Put:  "Save Babies" in the Memo line--

DEMOCRAT Legislators Defined who we are as Minnesotans.

HF1/SF1/PRO ACT

Made Minnesota Abortion Destination of the World & Taxpayers will pay for Abortion on Demand,Including Partial Birth!!

We will not stand by as Minnesotans-

We heard by all Democrat Legislators the Vote was to "Codify" Existing Law--what was done was malfeasance by our Elected Officials-they lied blatantly to the Public.

We will work to remove ALL LEGISLATORS Who Voted Yes on this Bill & Associated Bills, Like HF91 & SF 70-Which "Enhances" HF1 & SF1,

and removes ALL Born Alive provisions.

Recall Started with:
Walz

Below is the finding of the MN Supreme Court on GOVERNOR WALZ Filing.

This argument, however, raises issues of statutory interpretation as to the interplay between the Protect Reproductive Options Act and various criminal statutes. But as has been previously recognized, “ ‘a recall proceeding should not be the forum for resolving the statutory interpretation issue the parties’ arguments present.’ ” In re Walz, No. A20-1231, Order at 8 (Minn. filed Oct. 12, 2020) (quoting In re Walz, No. A20-0984, Order at 7 (Minn. filed Aug. 13, 2020)). Accordingly, petitioner’s argument fails to allege that “malfeasance” has occurred under the recall petition requirements.

Where the Court said, "a recall proceeding should not be the forum...." we will make it the forum.

Should not is not the same as Can Not.
What will be presented to the Supreme Court next will have statutes, laws & case findings to show the current laws were removed under the HF1/SF!/PRO Act & will be amplified under HF91/SF70.
